Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 5spin ("5spin," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 5spin online gaming platform available at https://5spin.best and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.

By accessing the 5spin platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time.

These Terms apply alongside 5spin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any other document, these Terms will take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

The 5spin platform is available exclusively to players who meet all of the following conditions at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 5spin enforces this requirement strictly and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited immediately.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the 5spin platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 5spin is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or other limitation that would prevent you from doing so.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order from 5spin or any other licensed gaming operator.
• Single Account: You must not already have a registered 5spin account. Each person is permitted to hold only one account on the 5spin platform.

Your 5spin Account

3.1 Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming at 5spin, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 5spin account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent withdrawal limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent platform ban. Accounts found to be operated by related parties or household members for the purpose of bonus exploitation will be treated as duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5spin login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 5spin will never request your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@5spin.best immediately. 5spin accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

5spin may request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Standard KYC documents accepted include PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, and utility bills dated within the past three months.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. 5spin may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, after notifying the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the dormant account may be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting support@5spin.best before the balance is depleted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5spin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). No foreign currency transactions are supported.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at 5spin is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence verification in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts via GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day for requests submitted before 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 applies. 5spin does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Full KYC verification must be completed;
• The applicable wagering requirement on any active bonus funds must be met;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account (first withdrawal only);
• No active chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud investigation is in progress on the account.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

5spin complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. Deposits that are not used for genuine gaming activity and are subsequently withdrawn may be flagged for investigation. 5spin reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities. Using the 5spin platform for any money laundering purpose is a serious criminal offence.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses at 5spin are available to eligible registered players as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 5spin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded at 5spin are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the relevant promotion) must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal total.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirement completion. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and video poker contributes 10%. Sports betting and sabong contributions are stated in the relevant promotion. Participation in games with 0% contribution while a bonus is active will not progress your wagering requirement.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

5spin takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using mathematical strategies to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk (bonus hunting), colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and possible permanent account suspension.

5.5 Promotion Changes

5spin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be announced on the 5spin platform and Promotions page. Promotions not claimed before their expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 5spin platform operate according to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game. Game outcomes for slots, table games, and card games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is independently audited on a regular basis. 5spin does not influence individual game outcomes.

By playing at 5spin, you acknowledge that:

• The rules of each individual game govern gameplay and take precedence over general platform rules for that specific game;
• Game results are final once confirmed by the 5spin system, subject only to the dispute process in Section 12;
• Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or interruptions during a game round may result in a void bet in accordance with the relevant game rules;
• 5spin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed after an event has started or at incorrect odds due to a system error;
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages shown on the 5spin platform are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

For poker, additional anti-collusion and fair play rules apply as published in the 5spin Poker section of the platform. Bot usage, the use of prohibited software, and collusion between players are all grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5spin platform and will result in immediate action up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or third-party tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical malfunction for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in relation to any game or event offered on 5spin;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, staff, or representatives of 5spin;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Registering while subject to a self-exclusion order from 5spin or any other gaming operator;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your 5spin account on your behalf;
• Registering or playing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5spin platform — including but not limited to the 5spin name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, and written content — is the property of 5spin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 5spin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the 5spin platform without our prior written consent. Scraping game data, odds information, or any other platform data by automated means is expressly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5spin's total liability to you for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5spin is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings arising from platform interruptions, system failures, or maintenance periods;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays outside of 5spin's control;
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond 5spin's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

Account Suspension and Termination

5spin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity;
• Discovery that a player is a minor or does not meet eligibility requirements;
• Multiple accounts operated by or on behalf of the same individual;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure).

On termination of an account for reasons other than breach, the available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any pending investigations. No balance will be returned where suspension or termination results from fraud, terms violation, or prohibited conduct.

Responsible Gaming

5spin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We offer the following tools to all registered players, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net result of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the 5spin platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 5spin account, a game result, a transaction, or a promotion, please follow the process below:

1. Contact Support: Raise the issue via live chat or by emailing support@5spin.best. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game references. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Escalation: If the initial response does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, request escalation to a senior support officer. Escalated complaints are reviewed within five business days.
3. Regulatory Referral: If the matter remains unresolved after the internal process is completed, you may refer the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority as identified in your welcome communication or on the 5spin platform.

Game results that have been confirmed by the 5spin system are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a proven technical error. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.

Privacy and Data

5spin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering at 5spin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and (with your consent) marketing communications. 5spin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and licensed game providers where required by law or necessary for service delivery.

Changes to These Terms

5spin reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 5spin platform. The updated Terms will display the revision date at the top of the page.

Continued use of the 5spin platform following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support@5spin.best to request account closure and any eligible balance return.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You and 5spin submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint process described in Section 12.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5spin with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
